Anti-Corruption Programs for Governors' Campaign Period 2017-2018 in Java Island

Most of the studies regarding political campaigns focus heavily on strategy, evaluation, and communication by candidate during campaign. However, study anti-corruption programs campaigned candidates is still under research. This examines proposed for governor vice Java Island 2017-2018 regional election. Further, this employed a qualitative method using content analysis. The three objectives are to examine existence program in vision-mission-working (VWMP) set candidates, campaigning, explanation electoral debate. results revealed that only six thirteen who ran office included programmes their VWMPs, seven communicated campaign period, nearly all explained strategy debate because panelists asked them question.
